Eligibility: A minimum of 24 months of banking history with any financial institution or 6 months of banking history with I&M Bank. Possess verifiable and recurring cash flows. A registered business with at least 3 years of profitable existence. The business should have a physical address. Certified copy of the Certificate of Registration (for partnerships/Sole Proprietors). Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (for Companies). Particulars of Directors & Secretaries (Company Form 7). Trading License. Memorandum & Articles of Association. Audited Financial Statements for 1 year. Company Resolution to borrow. Latest Annual Returns. Partnership Deed (For Partnership). National ID (Nationals) Passport with a work permit (Foreigners). Passport photos of Directors/Promoters. Physical Verification of business premises. A copy of the credit reference card or a copy of the application for the same.
