Over the next 10 years, Inua Impact Fund will invest in 30 Ugandan SMEs to propel their growth into the national industry leaders employing 1,500 Ugandans and supporting 5000 beneficiaries.

We invest in companies that: - Are formalised, full registered and regulatorily compliant. - Have a proven and scalable business model targeting a large and growing addressable market. - Have demonstrated meaningful commercial traction with normalized annual revenues $300,000 - Have a commercially viable product or service with a defensible market position/clear competitive advantage - Are led by exceptional, passionate management team with high growth ambitions and a clear vision - Value the opportunity to grow in partnership with an experienced investor and strategic partner
