Overall oversight is provided by the Board which is composed of twelve members, six for each side, with the EU Ambassador to Uganda and the chairperson of Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU – apex body representing the local private sector) as co-chairs supported by rotating EU Heads of Missions and prominent national ministers as well as entrepreneurs.
